Dinner with the fam

Last night, my parents came over for dinner. It was supposed to be a pre-surgery meal for my mom, but due to some complications with insurance, Monday's back surgery has been postponed. We still enjoyed a good meal and each other, though.

Here's the spread - porcupine meatballs, mashed potatoes, corn and veggies from my parents' garden.

After dessert, my mom played with Maddie, my dad played with Barbies and Grace made sure my mom was doing things right... :-)
