Jose Peppers

There is a new chain restaurant in Wichita called Jose Peppers. It started in Kansas City and has made its way to Wichita. It's Tex Mex at its best!!! Joel and I are both VERY impressed with the food and the service - everyone is so willing to help you or get you anything you need. We have been there twice - once a couple of weeks ago and once tonight (10/19) as a belated b-day dinner with my family. We both got the same thing both times - Joel the steak fajitas (surprise, surprise) and me the goat cheese towers. They are beef tenderloin pieces and goat cheese wrapped in a tortilla and grilled - sooooo creamy and delicious!!! We are also HUGE fans of their guacamole!!!
