Joel's exercise routine

First, he warms up with a muscle massage:

Then, he does some leg exercises:

Next, it's on to full-body moves:

Let's not forget arms:

I don't know who enjoys the workouts more - Joel or the girls. After this, Joel's usually too pooped to do anything else!

P.S. So are the girls!!! :-)
