Another Grace-ism

Last week, when the President was addressing the nation on the economy and the financial crisis many are facing, I really wanted to watch the telecast. Grace had other things in mind. She really wanted my attention. After several brush-offs, I finally looked at her and said, "Grace, Mommy wants to watch this. This is the President."

I don't know if it was the tone of my voice, my facial expression (or both), but she stopped what she was doing, looked me straight in the eyes, shook her head back and forth and replied (in a solemn voice), "Ohhhh, nooooooo..........."
