29 for the first time...

On Thursday, Oct. 16, Amber turned 29. Really, it was not very eventful, unless you count the Red Sox/Rays game that came down to the final out in the 9th inning. The Rays led the ALCS 3 games to 1 heading into Thursday's game. And, until the 7th inning, they were winning 7-0 in Game 5. But, after a couple of multi-run homers and some birthday luck, the Red Sox came back to tie it at 7 heading into the 9th. When the Rays went 3-up, 3-down, a come-from-behind miracle was in the works. The Red Sox had 2 outs when J.D. Drew hit a shot into right field to score Kevin Youklis, giving the Sox an 8-7 lead and the game. It was sooooo exciting!!!

Now for Game 6 tonight, and Amber's favorite pitcher - Josh Beckett... :-)
