Today, Maddie is 8 months old. Well, actually, she would be 8 months tomorrow if February had 29 days, so we'll just call it close enough. Here's what she's been up to this past month:
- Banging multiple objects together
- Clapping for herself :-)
- Propping herself up on all fours and rocking back and forth
- Laughing like a machine gun
- Recognizing when family members enter and leave a room
- Responding to simple commands, like, "Where's the block?"
- Starting to learn body parts (we love noses!)
- Eating more and more foods - can't wait for those teeth to come in!
- Supporting herself in a standing position (while leaning on something)
- Grabbing Mommy's hands and pulling up to a standing position
- Growing a lot more hair
- Wearing some 9-12 mo. clothes
